Our client required the construction of a new laydown area for their equipment. The entire project was completed under the designated time frame, and due to our innovative construction techniques, we were able to offer our client reduced costs which came in under our original tendered price.

WOORABINDA DRAINAGE STRUCTURES (DTMR)

The Woorabinda Drainage Structure Project was a highlight for RoadPak as we had never completed a project of this size outside of the Gladstone Region. Since completing this project, we have been invited back multiple times to complete further works within the area

TRADE WASTE FACILITY

The highlights for this project included successfully excavating 7 metres below ground surface to install the Trade Waste Facility Pump Well. This was all completed under the supervision of one of our senior Project Managers and received ‘thanks for a job well done’ from the local Mayor.

GOLEGUMMA PIPELINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

When originally completed, this was one of our larges Poly Pipeline installations. Our client originally wanted 250 metres of 355 PN16 poly pipe installed to replace an existing cast iron pipeline. After completing the first 250 metres, our client was so happy with the result, we were asked to complete another 1000 metres of the main which now services the entire Benaraby area.

Gladstone Area Water Board Pipeline Maintenance and Emergency response

Originally won in 2015 we have now won this contract until 2021. Through this contract we have been able to showcase our abilities as one of the best pipeline repairs and On Call Contractors in Australia. This contract has had us hone our skills of repair in all pipe sizes and materials from 50mm to 1200mm. On several occasions we have received personal thanks from the CEO for our efforts and professional workmanship.

Mt Miller Vale Pits and Pipework

RoadPak Industries were engaged to install multiple DN900 valves, including the building of large concrete pits to house the valve. This project is of special importance as it was one of the first major projects we completed with the Gladstone Area Water Board.

Kirkwood Reservoir Connection

Our client required the connection into an existing DN450 Asbestos Pipeline to fill a new water reservoir installed by Local Government; the Project was completed on time and under budget.
